    Description

    I have been collecting Watt pottery for over 40 years.   I am downsizing my collection (see my other items on auction now).   This is a very pretty covered casserole on the metal stand.   Although it appears never used, it has factory flaws---some pin dot black marks on the lid and a glazed over chip under the lid and brown pin head dots around the base just above the rim that I have not tried to clean.  The glazed over chip makes the front top look indented as you can see.   There are some other factory flaws pictured and the metal stand shows wear.  The base may also need some adjusting because the piece does not look perfectly level in the stand in some of the pictures to my eyes after I took the pictures and it is the stand--it needs to be bent a little bit.   It does have the maker marks on the bottom but hard to see in the pictures (96 and Watt).  Buyer to pay within 3 days of auction's end.  Thanks for bidding!  I ship insured.
